• The next PTA Membership Meeting is 11/2.  Following the meeting the Book Fair will be open for a special evening shopping event.
• The next Spirit Night is at Halo Pizzeria on 11/13!
• The kids were able to participate in one of two PTA-sponsored programs this month.  See pictures from both programs below!
  • 4th and 5th grades enjoyed the CoServ program on 10/16
  • Kinder through 3rd attended the McKinney Fire Klownz Program on 10/24.

Please join us for our Mooneyham PTA Membership Meeting this Thursday, November 2nd at 6:30 pm in the Mooneyham Cafe. Ms. Hudnall will give her Principal's Report.  There will be time for Q&A at the end of the meeting.  We invite you to exercise your rights as a PTA member by attending meetings and voting on future projects and events for our school.  Join us to stay informed about upcoming school & PTA events. You do not have to be a PTA Member to attend; children are welcome.  After the meeting, the Book Fair will be open for shopping from 6:45-7:30pm.

The Mooneyham Fall Book Fair has arrived!  Book Fair opens on Monday, October 30th at 7:20am.  Students were sent home a Book Fair Letter containing important information on shopping hours, dress-up days, and our Family Event/evening shopping hours!  Students also get a sneak peek of the books available with their Scholastic Book Fair flyer.Click Hereto check out our Mooneyham Book Fair Page!

The Book Fair is finally here, and it will be an exciting event! However, we can’t make it a success without your support!  We're still in urgent need of several volunteers to assist us with this event. Can you spare a couple of hours to volunteer at the Book Fair? There are several days and times to choose from. 

Book Fair Sale Days, October 30th-November 3rd: you will operate registers and guide our friends in selecting their favorite books.

Family Night, November 2nd: you will operate registers and guide our friends in selecting their favorite books.

Take Down, November 3rd: You will help with closing the book fair, packing leftover inventory in boxes, etc.

Kinder through third grade friends got a visit from the McTown Klownz (McKinney Fire Dept) using Super Mario Bros references to discuss fire safety.

Fourth and fifth graders got a presentation demonstrating the fundamentals of electric safety from Coserv.

On Wednesday October 4th, we observed National Walk, Bike & Roll to School Day.  Students who walked, biked or rolled to school received key chains, stickers and puzzles upon arrival. Let’s continue to make our community a safer and friendlier place to walk and bike. Please remember to always use the crosswalk.
