Your efforts and support have been noticed! Mooneyham Elementary has earned three distinguished awards for the 2024-2025 school year from Texas PTA!
The Community Membership Award was awarded for having 15 community members, non-parent or student, join our PTA!
The Mars Membership Award was awarded for having 50 or more male members join our PTA!
The Mars Male Involvement Award was awarded for having one male serving our PTA on the board!
Thank you to everyone who joined this year, volunteered, and supported Mooneyham PTA! We still have two months to go before the year is over and more awards to earn! Be on the lookout for more challenges and ways to support Mooneyham PTA!
We are so thankful to everyone that has joined Mooneyham PTA this year! Help us keep the momentum going and finish the year strong by adding 10 new members this month and earn the May Flowers Award from Texas PTA!

When you fill out the PTA Membership Form and pay your $10.50 dues, then YOU are a PTA Member! As a PTA Member, you are providing support for our children through your VOICE (membership) and your financial support (dues). PTA is a group of involved parents and teachers. It is a community that cares deeply about the success of our children at Mooneyham. In fact, ANYONE who cares about the future of our children can join PTA- grandparents, other family members, students, community members, and businesses can all join!
More than room parents and volunteers, members are leaders and advocates for our children. PTA is a statewide and national association. Texas PTA is the largest child advocacy grassroots association in Texas with over 500,000 members. We are parents, teachers, and others who have a special interest in children, youth, families, and school.
